Throughout the year, YSC carries out a range of activities, including organising academic-related events, activities of the faculty and other extracurricular activities; publication of “IN VISION” annual magazine of the Faculty of Science; hosting “SCI VERSE” industry experts guest lecture series; organising “CELLULAE” annual inter-school quiz competition.
In addition to academic and professional development, the faculty holds a strong commitment to preparing students for successful careers while instilling values of entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and ethical conduct. Significantly, the Faculty of Science, in collaboration with NFORCE, has introduced “FFS – Future Fit Scientist”, the flagship corporate readiness programme tailored for science students. This comprehensive programme equips NSBM science undergraduates with industry insights and practical knowledge, ensuring they emerge as influential and ethical leaders in their respective fields upon graduation.
