Ingrin Academy honours Wijeya Newspapers Chairman
View(s):Wijeya Newspapers Ltd. Chairman Ranjit Wijewardene was hounred as a pioneer of the Sri Lanka printing industry at an award ceremony organised by the Ingrin Academy of Printing and Graphics at the BMICH recently.
Wijeya Newspapers Ltd. Deputy Chairman Sujan Wijewardene accepted the award on behalf of the Chairman from Buddha Sasana and Cultural Affairs Minister Vidura Wickremanayake.
Ingrin Managing Director and CEO Ananda Wickremaratne and its former Chairman Gamini Marambe graced the occasion.
J.M.D. Dilan Chaminda of Printcare Plc was awarded the Master Printer of Sri Lanka.
Ingrin is an initiative of the late Kingsley Wickremaratne, former International Trade Minister.
