Award-winning Chef gives her touch to Alpine classics at London Grill

In an ode to Swiss culinary heritage, the Cinnamon Grand’s London Grill is collaborating with Chef Celine Maier, winner of the EuroSkills 2023 biennale competition in Gdańsk, Poland, to present a curated à la carte menu that harmonises Alpine classics with Chef Maier’s innovative techniques.
Chef Celine was awarded gold for her extraordinary creativity in reinventing traditional Swiss culinary fare. From July 25 to August 4, guests can enjoy artistically calculated dishes, almost designer in their appeal. The plating style features robust colours reminiscent of Switzerland’s vibrant landscapes, prime-grade meat cuts lacquered with rich sauces, and organic produce of exceptional grade.
