Book launch

The 50th book written by author and Journalist Yasawardena Rodrigo will be launched on Tuesday, as he marks half a century as an author.
The event will take place at the National Library Auditorium on July 16, from 3 to 6 pm.
A panel discussion will be held regarding four books released by Mr Rodrigo. Presentations will be made by Prof Preneeth Abeysundara of Sri Jayawardenepura University, Prof Sandagomi Coperahewa of the Colombo University and veteran author Gunasekara Gunasoma.
Proprietor of Sarasvi bookshop H D Premasiri will present Mr Rodrigo with a token of appreciation to felicitate his service.
