The Good Shepherd Covent in Nuwara Eliya recently invited veteran and poplar musician Keerthi Pasqual for a musical event held at the school.

Principal Rev Mary Nilanka de Silva and music teacher  M D Devika Kumari had organised the event.

The musical group with 21 members was led by Devudini Chethana Sumanaratna.

Mr Pasqual joined the girls in taking part in the event titled ‘Rhythm of Shepherdians’.

The students also performed a number of dance events while teachers and students invited from other schools took part in the events.

Former Nuwara Eliya Mayor Mahinda Dodampegamage, Nuwara Eliya Regional Director of Education S P Pihillegedara and other invitees took part in the event.
