Pathmawathy Rajaratnam, native of Thellipallai, Jaffna passed away in Colombo on Saturday, 17 August 2024 Beloved daughter of the late Ponnambalam Chinniah and late Nagulambikai. Loving wife of the late Dr. P Rajaratnam. Beloved Mother of the late Vinothan and Dr R. Ajanthan (Paediatrician). Loving sister of the late Thiruchelvam (Thiru), late Thirugnanam (Gnanam), late Leelawathy (Leela), late Thirunavukarasu (Arasu), Buwaneswary (Eswary) and late Karunanada (Karu). Loving mother-in-law of Shanthi and Vasuki. Beloved grand-mother of Gajan (Stripes & Check), Savithri, Dr. Umeshan and Saumiyah. The remains will be at the Jayaratne Respect Parlour on Sunday, 18th August, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Funeral rites will begin at 8:30 AM on Monday, 19th August, followed by cremation at 10:30 AM at New crematorium, Kanatte.
