Aero Bash 2024 thrills audiences in Trinco
View(s):An educational, technical and trade exhibition, organised by the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay, commenced under the auspices of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa.
‘Aero Bash 2024’ will continue until August 26 at the Academy premises.
The exhibition features booths from all State and private universities, as well as business and technical institutions from across the island. Attendees can enjoy a variety of demonstrations, including SLAF parachute jumps, firefighting demonstrations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR) demonstrations, dog shows and more.
A highlight is the adventure sport tandem jump, available for the first time in Trincomalee. This unique experience is open to adventure enthusiasts, as well as both local and international tourists.
The exhibition opens daily at 3 pm, with a range of activities planned for the evening, including trade shows and musical concerts organised by the Air Force.
