Visually handicapped voters will be provided special facilities to cast their vote at the September 21 presidential election. To try out the facilities a mock vote was held in Colombo. The Election Commission with the help of the International Foundation for Electoral System conducted the programme. Some of the visually handicapped people are seen trying out the voting systems. Meanwhile, the Postal Service declared compulsory for the election is preparing for the postal voting which begins Wednesday, and workers are seen sorting polling cards to deliver to voters.- Pix by M.A.Pushpa Kumara & Eshan Fernando
