‘Living with Nature’ book presented to Malaysian HC

Mafahir Shuhood presented his latest book ‘Living with Nature’ to High Commissioner of Malaysia Badli Hisham Adam recently at the High Commission.
The book, a hardcover publication, now in its second edition, contains a plethora of information on natural remedies for a variety of aliments using various condiments, herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables. The book also deals with elements of nature and their relationship to the human body, benefits of meditation, the benefits of walking, benefits of salt therapies and much more.
It is available at the Colombo International Book Fair.
