Rasanja Perera, CFA, appointed as CEO of TWC Capital

TWC Capital offers transaction advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance advisory for raising equity and debt capital, business valuations, and debt restructuring. Mr. Perera takes on this role following a highly successful tenure as Senior Vice President of Investments at TWC, where his strategic leadership and expertise were pivotal in advancing the firm’s growth and performance, the company said in a media release.
