Lankan wins Property Professional of the Year award in South Asia

Lankan professional Lochana Silva received the Property Professional of the Year award in South Asia (highly commended) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is the only Lankan recognised at this prestigious ceremony.
Additionally, he was a finalist for the Valuation Team Award in 2024 and a finalist for Young Achiever of the Year award in 2023 by RICS South Asia.
One of the youngest Fellow Members of RICS in the world, Mr Silva completed his Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Valuation at Sri Jayewardenepura University. He serves as the Director of USLS Chartered Valuers, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest and most reputable valuation firms, which caters to a diverse range of clients, including several blue-chip companies.
