If you are looking to relax and unwind,  a visit to the Bonsai exhibition is just ideal. The word Bonsai in Japanese directly translates to “planted in a container”.  The ultimate goal of growing a Bonsai is to create a miniaturised but realistic representation of nature in the form of a tree.

The purpose of bonsai is primarily contemplation for the pleasant effort and ingenuity for the grower. While a Bonsai tree may just seem a small tree, it really is a type of art, and the Bonsai masters who care for these trees are no different to a painter or a sculptor. So when you see a beautiful Bonsai tree you have to keep in mind the countless hours of work that it took to create it – just like art.
