The third round is scheduled to take place on November 2 at the Royal Sports Complex. The fourth round is set to take place on November 16 at Bogambara Grounds in Kandy.

Notably, the final round’s location was strategically planned to take place in Kandy. The decision aims to broaden opportunities for schools and students in the region, ensuring their active participation in the much-awaited prestigious event.

“Ritzbury Summa Super 16 Junior Rugby Carnival 2024 represents our ongoing dedication to nurture the next generation of Sri Lankan rugby sporting talent. We take great pride in hosting the carnival once again and encourage all teams to bring their best to the field,” Nilupul de Silva, General Manager, Marketing, CBL Foods International, stated.

The carnival’s primary goal is to advance rugby and provide aspiring young ruggerites with a platform to showcase their skills in friendly clashes. “We are thrilled to once again collaborate with Ritzbury in boosting the potential of Junior Rugby in Sri Lanka. The participation of 112 teams from 44 schools this year marks an outstanding success for the event,” Gehan Dias, Chairman, Organising Committee, added.
