China donates 11.82mn metres of fabric school uniforms
View(s):The People’s Republic of China has agreed to provide 11.82 million meters of fabric required for school uniforms in 2025. The fabric will be provided to Sri Lanka as a grant.
The Sri Lanka Textile and Apparel Institute (SLITA) has recommended the fabric as suitable for children.
The school uniform fabric will be distributed among school and Sunday school students for 2025.
