The Air Force Open Squash Championship 2024 will come out with its 16th  edition at the Air Force Squash Complex in Ratmalana from November 18 to  26. An important event in the country’s annual event calendar of Sri  Lanka Squash Federation, the nine-day competition has already attracted  over 450 entries so far.

All top ranked and novices junior players in the country from the  age categories of Under-9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19 in boys and girls  Boys’, as well as all top ranking senior players in the country under  categories of Open, Novices, Over-35 to Over-55 among men and women will  be featured this year. Players from India and Pakistan are also  expected to be part of this year’s competition according to the  organisers. The finals of the event will be held on the final day of the  competition, November 26, followed by the awards ceremony where the  Overall Men’s winners are set to receive the Air Chief Marshal P.H.  Mendis Challenge Trophy and the Overall Women’s winner with the Air  Chief Marshal Harry Goonetileke Memorial Trophy.
