‘The Legacy of Clarence and Milton’
View(s):‘The Legacy of Clarence and Milton’, a brand new Digital Versatile Disc featuring the popular songs of Clarence Wijewardena and Milton Mallawarachchi sung by different artistes was released last week under the Star Lanka Music label.
‘The Legacy of Clarence and Milton’, the brainchild of showmen Rajiv Sebastian, was a mega musical concert, which was held in February 2024 featuring Rajiv Sebastian, Ranil Mallawarachchi, Indrani Perera, Shyami Fonseka, Vernon Perera, Lilanthi Karunanayake, Tiron Mihindukula and Babu ( who was flown all the way from Canada).
The DVD contains 50 all-time hits of yesteryear by Clarence and Milton backed by ‘Rajiv and the Clan’ choreographed by Gayani Karunaratna of Gayani Dance Studio. The concert was presented by Vijaya Corea.
