Chef Edi is a seasoned culinary professional, with over two decades of experience in Indonesian cuisine. His signature creations include Bebek Betutu (Slow-Cooked Balinese Duck), Nasi Campur Bali (Mixed Balinese Rice) and Sate Lilit (Balinese Minced Meat Skewers), each crafted with a deep respect for Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage.
Chef Ray, a dedicated and passionate culinary professional, is known for his expertise in traditional Balinese flavours. With comprehensive experience in Indonesian cuisine, Chef Ray’s expertise shines through his signature creations, including Udang Sambal (Fried Prawn Sambal), Ayam Sere Limo (Shredded Chicken with Kaffir Lime), and Lawar Pusuh Biu (Banana Blossom Salad). A graduate of the Bali Tourism Polytechnic, Chef Ray is proud to share the vibrant flavours of Bali, offering a taste of his homeland’s culinary traditions with dishes like Soto Ayam (Balinese Chicken Soup) and Jukut Balung (Pork Rib Soup).
In addition to the chefs’ signature dishes, that will feature an enticing selection of Balinese and Indonesian favourites, such as Gado-Gado (Indonesian Salad served with a Peanut Sauce dressing), Soto Ayam (Indonesian Chicken Soup), Ulam Segar Madu (Fresh Salad with Honey), Nasi Kuning (Yellow Rice), and Bubur Injin (Black Sticky Rice Pudding).
