View(s):Henry Jayasena’s ever-popular stage play ‘Hunuwataye Kathawa’ made based on German stage play ‘The Caucasian Chalk Circle’ by Bertolt Brecht will go on the boards at 8.15 am and 11.00 am on February 21 at the Elphinistone Theatre, Colombo 10.
A prescribed text for the G.C.E Ordinary Level Sinhala Syllabus, the new production is played by Nalin Pradeep Uduwela, Nimal Jayasinghe, Ruvini Manamperi, Chamika Hathlahawae, Charith Senanayake, Lalith Janakantha and Chula Kariyawasam.
Music composed by Shelton Premarathne, all seats are box planned and tickets are now available at theatre gate. “Hunu Wataye Kathawa” is organised by Jude Srimal.
