Well-known author obtains PhD from Kelaniya University

Award-winning author and banker Chamminda Welagedara has obtained a PhD from the Kelaniya University for his thesis ‘A creative study on Exorcism and Intangible communication.’
He is a novelist, scriptwriter, critic and a resource person.
Dharmasena Pathiraja’s last film ‘Sakkarang’ was based on a novel by Mr Welagedara.
He is a old boy of Galewela Central College.
