Sean Lee leads SAF men's swim team

Eighteen-year-old Sean Lee has been picked to captain the men's swimming team at the eighth South Asian Federation Games to be held in Kathmandu in Nepal later this month.

Sean, a free stylist who has participated in many international swimming meets since he was eight, will captain an eight member swimming team for the SAF Games.

He declined to take part in the 11th Asia Pacific Swimming and Diving Championship held at Kualalumpur, Malasiya last year in order to concentrate on the SAF Games.

Sean will be representing Sri Lanka at an international event for the first when he leads the Sri Lanka men's swimming team at the SAF Games..

He is a student of Asian International School ,Advanced Level commerce stream.

Natasha Kodituwakku will captain the women's team and Gheffari Dulapandan is the overall captain, said Austin Perera, President of the National Amatuer Aquitaic Sports Union.
