New central force to guide digital transformation in public sector

The government is set to form a 400-member cohort of digital transformation champions, to be known as the Public-Impact Champions Network (PIC-Net), comprising senior state officials to implement its ambitious digital transformation efforts.
These champions, handpicked from 95 government offices, including ministries, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and provincial councils, will be recruited to establish PIC-Net and strengthen digital transformation across the public sector.
