Rice mill owners have agreed to purchase paddy from farmers in future only at Government guraranteed prices following a discussion with Ministers of Agriculture and Trade today, the Ministry of Trade announced in a media release.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
