Sri Lanka will be one of the 17 countries participating at the 18th Asian Volleyball Men's Championship 2015 which is scheduled to be held in Tehran, Iran from July 29 to August 9. Sri Lanka is slotted in Division ‘D’ alongside Japan, China and Bahrain. Sri Lanka will take on China in their first game of the tournament on July 31 followed by the game against Bahrain on August 1. Sri Lanka will be one of the 17 countries in addition to Iran, India, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, China, Korea, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Australia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Sri Lanka led by Janitha Suraj includes Shamil Malinda, T.M.H. Keshala, P.A.D. Ayesh, Gayan Madhushanka, P.P. Sudasinghe, Deeptha Romesh, Chanaka Madhushanka, Morris Chaminda, Chamara Mihiran, A.W. Lakmal and Lasindu Methmal.
