As reported before there will be two more members in the IC very soon. One will be a oil man and the other will be veteran in the IC field.

For the love of beer
Though he snivels he pretends to be a very pious man. But when the security guard was caught drinking three bottles beer he wanted to dismiss poor chap at once. However the others intervened and the security guard is to be transferred from the said ministry.

They say the beer came to the ministry after they had a party for the SAG officials at the ‘Palm” hotel down south and this was the remnants. At the same time they also say that it is prohibited to stock liquor within government ministry premises.

Please forward the bills now
It is said that the SAG held in Sri Lanka had cost rupees thousand million. Now the Sports Minister has requested the persons responsible for the expenditure to forward the bills. However the bills are not coming up. They say that they do not have the bills to cover the expenditure.

A ‘White elephant’
The SAG secretariat was set up at the Sugathadasa Stadium Hotel in February 2004. Yes it provided a service while the games were on. But now they ask as to why the secretariat has been extended up December this year. Now they call it a white elephant.Now the National Sports Council

Saman missing
Nalin swore in as the new President of the National Sports Council. However the deposed head Saman did not even attend the swearing in ceremony in spite of being present within the premises. They say Saman even has not even handed over the files which were in his custody over to the new president.

Farewell to Peter
Disappointed Peter has handed over his resignation from the Umpiring world. They say he is disillusioned about the workings of the Umpiring Committee of the IC.
