Best ‘Country Roads’ Concert ever

From Country Music Fans present at Country Road Concert ....

The Ambassdor for the United States of America, would never have dreamed, that our very own local talent could be as good as those in the U.S.A.

The audience really enjoyed a fantastic evening of country music at its best. All credit to Faizal Samath for organizing a show of variety and class, which no one ever expected.

Hats off to the "Maveriks" band, and Astrid for the superb performances and also for coming forward to help a worthy cause to support the children. It was the 12th time that the "Maveriks", one of the best in Europe, have shown their willingness to participate at such a show. Well done "Maveriks".

"Wild Fire", "Anno Domino", "Cosmic Rays", "Country Revival Band" were as good as any in the world of country music, and the song of the evening was, "The Ballad of Abraham Lincoln", which really stirred the hearts of everyone. It's good to hear such songs in dedication of such immortals, a song which could really make quite a big, big hit, if only given the chance, which could be made possible by H.E. the Ambassador.

All in all it was a fantastic show, which was enjoyed by all.
