Dialog, Brastel facilitate Japan-Sri Lanka Prepaid Reload

Dialog Telekom entered into an agreement with Brastel Telecom of Japan making Brastel, the calling card provider of choice for the Sri Lankan community in Japan.

The agreement will facilitate Dialog Pre- Paid (Kit) accounts to be recharged by Sri Lankan Brastel users in Japan, using the Brastel International Recharge System (IRS) solution via IVR, website or a customer service centre, Dialog said.

The service was inaugurated by the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Japan Ranjith Uyangoda in the presence of Wilson Kendi Kawai CEO, Brastel Telecom at the Sri Lankan Festival held in Tokyo, Japan.

Sri Lanka is the latest addition to the Brastel IRS solution, which is already deployed in the Philippines, Brazil and Indonesia.
