AMW- another family company moving out of the family!

Associated Motorways PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s few family owned conglomerates, was sold to Dubai-based Al Futtaim Engineering LLC last Monday. The Dubai owners have however retained the De Zoysa’s – Ajith and Thilak – to manage the company. (See P3 for full story).
