The Old Boys’ Union of St. Peter’s College, Colombo, 1995-2000 batch group has organized the Old Peterites tag Rugby 7s that will be worked off at the CR&FC grounds on 19th October. The event was first held last year in lieu of St. Peter’s College commemorating 75 years of Rugby.

Each batch will provide at least one team to vie for the Cup, Plate or Bowl Championship. In addition to the inter batch matches, invitations have also been extended to teams from the Old Boys Unions of St. Joseph’s College, St. Benedict’s and St. Anthony’s Colleges to participate in invitation schools matches to be worked out. The event will also feature an exhibition match between the current Peterite first XV and the All Star Team comprising Peterite Rugby Stars of yesteryear.
