The ceremony of traditional Christmas Cake mixing was held at the Grand Oriental Hotel recently.
The picture shows General Manager Ronald Perera along with senior managers assist Chefs in mixing the ingredients of the Christmas Cake, which will be the major attraction during the forthcoming season.
