Excellent pass rates for GBA in ABE Marketing and Islamic Finance

The pioneer of ABE Advanced Diploma in Marketing in Sri Lanka, the Globe Business Academy (GBA), achieved excellent pass rates based on class attendance at the December 2009 Examinations. The subjects, pass rate, the student with the highest marks and his organisation are as follows;

Islamic Finance, 100% by Mohamed Mazeen of HSBC
Integrated Marketing Communications, 83% by Nhal Gamage of Hemas
Strategic Marketing Management, 57% by Asanka/Roshan/Nuwair of Robert Hall
Corporate Strategy & Planning, 43% by Ravindra Jaysuriya of Hayleys
Islamic Economic, 100% by Mohamed Mazeen of HSBC
Marketing Policy Planning & Communications, 75% by Ifath of Jewel Laurel
Principle of Marketing, 67% by Mohamed Imtiyaz of GBA and
Organizational Behaviour, 34% by Ifath of Jewel Laurel.

This is purely due to the full time commitment and dedication of the GBA head, Akram Abdus Samad, who taught all these subjects in an integrated way with excellent presentation. He is also instrumental in the success of several other students in CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing and LCCI Marketing. The students of GBA said, "The techniques, teaching methodologies and imparting skills were excellent. The subjects were attractively presented using IT based teaching and real world examples with dedication, motivation and guidance. The exam tips and forecasted questions helped us immensely".

The fast track programme of ABE Marketing and Business Management for June 2010 Exam commenced on February 25 2010, the complete syllabus coverage including 16 hours revision will be conducted end of May 2010. GBA also conducts classes for ABE Marketing, ABE Business Management, ABE Islamic Finance Modules and CIMA Islamic Finance Modules.
Those who have 5 years work experience or BTEC HND or a Degree can commence from ABE Advanced Diploma, which is a fast track to MBA.

Those with Full / Part qualification of Professional Exams such as, CIM, CIMA, ACCA, ICSA, ICASL, CMA, AAT, LCCI, etc. with or without experience will be considered case by case with U.K evaluation.
