Unlikely events for tourists

Sri Lanka Tourism has designated this year as “Visit Sri Lanka 2011” year and promised a series of monthly events for tourists. However this board outside the Sri Lanka Tourism office in Kollupitiya lists a series of events in March which are unlikely to attract any tourist. Some of the events listed include a healthcare exhibition, a textile and dye exhibition, a business law conference, the airforce 60th anniversary exhibition, a religions conference, and a branding event.
