Milinda's
security beefed up
Positioning of a sniper at an elevated position at the residence
of Minister Milinda Moragoda, one of government's key peace negotiators,
is among the additional security provided to the Minister from this
week.
The Sunday
Times learns that the move follows the recent LTTE pullout from
the peace talks pending government submission of detailed proposals
on the LTTE demand for an interim administrartive structure.
According to
Ministerial Security Division sources, 15 more Special Task Force
commandos have been provided as additional strength for Mr. Moragoda's
protection.
