Release
of Lankan's body after Monday

The body of 41-year old Sri Lankan Vipula Prasanna who died after
an assault outside a tube station, will not be released for return
to Colombo until sometime after tomorrow.
The
post mortem report will be made available tomorrow when the accused
charged with murdering Prasanna appears at the Old Bailey.
The
Sri Lanka High Commission has made arrangements with SriLankan Airlines
and an undertaker's firm to have the body taken to Colombo at highly
concessionary rates.
The
High Commission's Defence Attache had been instructed to follow
developments, sources said. Prasanna who lived in nearby Sudbury
worked in a shop in Brixton, reports said. |
