Former Sri Lanka one day international Indiaka de Saram struck a
whirlwind century in just 95 deliveries to guide Galle CC to an
exciting three wicket victory over much fancied CCC in their Premier
limited over tournament game at Maitland Crescent yesterday.
The
visitors chasing an imposing 274 to win in 47 overs reached the
target in the last over with Saram smashing three sixes and eight
boundaries in a hurricane 104 that left the hosts stunned.

The visitors had no problems as they reached the target in the 31st
over to be 92 for 3 wickets and cruised to an easy victory.
