Grill’ univeils new Music and new menu next week
‘California Grill’ of the Galadari Hotel will unveil
its new menu on February 23. Having a reputation for Steaks and
Sea Food, the rooftop California Grill caters to a cross section
of patrons from Sri Lanka to Foreign Business Travellers to Airline
Crews. The dancing Chef Anushan Perera has created a menu for every
gastronomic fantasy.
The
new menu features Hot and Cold Appetizers, Salads, Soups and a vast
range of main courses from Seafood, Chicken and other Meat Dishes.
The firm favourites Seafood Grill and Prim Rib and a selection of
hot and cold Desserts from Flambe’s to Crepes are some of
the popular items on menu.
The
new menu also focuses on the Vegetarians as each section of the
menu offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The music line-up
at the California Grill is considered as one of the best in town
which offers dance music on Friday and Saturdays.
Musician
Earnest Francis will entertain with his Violin on Monday and Tuesdays,
While piano music will be by Paul Pereira on Sunday, Wednesday and
Thursdays. Earnest Francis Combo comes alive on Friday and Saturdays.
‘The
Galadari hotel is the first Five Star Hotel to receive the prestigious
certificate of conformity from HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Points). This certification will ensure of the highest standard,
quality and safety of all food that the Galadari Hotel delivers
to all its customers, said the public Relations Manager Nirukshi
