The
organizer of the event Shean Dharmaratne says that this event is
a beginning of a series of community projects that will be associated
with music. He points out that music can help students to relax
from study pressure and put them in the right spirit to "hit
the books".
It
is a scientifically proven fact that "Music" help children
to focus more on concentrating on studies, also being involved in
Music directly or indirectly helps them to keep out of ‘drugs
and alcohol abuse’.
‘Therefore
parents should be aware of these facts and should not discourage
"kids" from having the radio on while studying or going
for a concert’ he said.
Shean and his company "Talent Syndicate" Invite all young
ones to an evening filled with Music, dancing, prizes and surprises.
Tickets
are prized Rupees 250/- per head and the organizers say that the
entry is limited and it will be of "first come first serve
basis".
