Team off to inspect SL craft
A nine-member team from Colombo was sent to Karipur Airport in India yesterday to inspect another SriLankan Airlines craft whose ramp was hit, the Malayalam Manorama reported.

It was likely to take off for Colombo by Sunday, sources said. While 41 passengers were sent to Doha on an Indian Airlines flight, others accommodated in hotels, were flown to Colombo on Saturday. Though Indian Airlines was maintaining the ground-handling for SriLankan flights, the damaged plane could not be repaired immediately .
