Claymore bomb targets Tiger VIP
A luxury Pajero vehicle belonging to an LTTE leader and escorted by motorcycle outriders was hit by a claymore mine explosion yesterday, reports said.

The incident occurred inside Tiger-guerrilla dominated territory in Batticaloa.
Whether any top LTTE leader was in the vehicle is not known, but the reports said one of the motorcycle outriders was killed
