Joseph Kenny tops Benz golf

Joseph Kenny with 18 points returned the Best Stableford score at the Mercedes Benz Trophy Golf Tournament held at the RCGC yesterday.

The Best Stableford Score in the Senior Category was returned by P.H.B.Samarawickrama (35 points B/B9)..

Following are the other winners: Wooden Spoonist – 1. M.I. Firaz Hameed (16 points); Group C Handicap (Handicap 21-24): 2nd Runner Up – Ken De Alwis (33 pts), 1st Runner Up – Ceasar Fernando (35 points), Winner – Gihan Wickremasinghe (36 pts.).

Group B Handicap (Handicap 13-20): 2nd Runner Up- MajedAwn (39 pts.),1st Runner Up” Joseph Kenny (40 pts), Winner – Rohan J.Perera (41 pts).

Group A Handicap (Handicap 00-12): 2nd Runner Up: Michael Perera Magala 40 pts,1st Runner Up – Ranil Pathirana (40 pts),Winner – Romesh Abhayaratne (40 pts B/B9).
