Nations Home Loans can be processed even in a matter of one week, where even the burden of having to visit the bank repeatedly is done away with as NTB have their home loan consultants who visit customers according to their convenience at home or office.

Nations Home Loans can be utilised for all purposes of a residential nature ranging from purchase, construction, renovation to existing loan take over.

Anyone earning a monthly income of over Rs 20,000 is qualified to apply, whilst borrowing capacity goes up to as much as Rs 30 million or higher depending on the applicant's income and the value of the property. The repayment period goes up to 30 years or else up to the age of 60, while interest rates are optional being either fixed or annual floating. Nations Home Loans can also be obtained jointly.
