The Hotel Show 2006, an exhibition featuring every
possible aspect in the broad spectrum of hotel supplies organised
by the Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association (CHSGA) will be
held for the fourth time from July 14 - 16 at Sirimavo Bandaranaike
Memorial Exhibition Centre, Colombo. Highlighting the world's latest
technology, equipment and applications by over 175 leading Sri Lankan
and foreign suppliers from India, Australia, Singapore and Europe,
and many other countries, the exhibition will bring a wealth of
success to exhibitors and visitors alike.
This year's Hotel Show, a biemmial event showcasing
hotel supplies relating to food, drinks, hotels, restaurants, foodservice
equipment & services and related technology will feature for
the fourth time in succession.
It also focuses on sourcing of hotel supplies
and will capitalize over eight years of expertise in hosting previous
shows as well as introducing new and contemporary facets in the
industry. Chairman Organising Committee (CHSGA) Kumar Senaratne
addressing a press conference said The Hotel Show 2006 plans to
entertain its audience with a show unlike any other, featuring a
myriad of products and services revolving around the categories
ranging from premises and facilities management and technology,
furniture, furnishing and tableware, food and beverage, catering
equipment and services, health, leisure and entertainment and hotel
construction material & services.
The exhibition will offer stakeholders from various
sectors of the hotel and restaurant industry, representatives from
the hospitality industry and others a chance to explore and source
the world of hotel supplies in a unique manner. "It is also
considered unrivalled as this is the only large-scale exhibition
to hit the boards in Sri Lanka. Concurrently there will also be
industry related seminars for the participants, covering a wide
range of aspects revolving around technology to industry-related
queries and various other issues during the three-day event."
