A preliminary launch of Hi! The Society magazine published by Wijeya Newspapers Ltd was held in Santa Monica, California at the Sri Lanka Day organized by the Sri Lanka Foundation on Saturday, August 26.

Wijeya Newspapers Ltd together with Ceylan International LLC, are introducing this magazine in the US. “This will create a great opportunity for the Sri Lankan expatriates living in the US to reach out to events and find out interesting news in Sri Lanka as well as a window of opportunity for businesses to promote their products and services from and to Sri Lanka and USA,” said Nirusha Abeysekera, CEO of Ceylan International.
