India wins shooting gold

India won the 25 m standard pistol men’s gold at the 10th SA Games team event concluded at the Navy Rifle Range in Welisara yesterday. India edged out Pakistan after a titanic struggle. Sri Lanka took the bronze.

In 1991 Mangala Samarakoon of the Army won the individual medal in the men’s three positions
