The Karaoke bar and sports pub at the Curry Leaves Restaurant in Wellawatta has come up with some novel events to attract the crowds.

A Ladies club called "Women Go beyond" is now in operation and the Club will give free membership to the first fifty lucky ladies who join it, said Tanzil Nayaz Manager of the Bar and Pub said. The Karoke Club is also conducting their weekly ‘Singing competition’ every Wednesday with the grand finals scheduled for December, said Tanzil, who is the brains behind the new project. The Sports Bar is a fun place for sports lovers who will be able to catch up with the latest sports happenings from round the world.
