Fujifilm forms alliance with Noritsu Koki

Fuji Photo Film (Fujifilm), the global leader in digital minilabs for the photo imaging industry, last week said it has formed of a global alliance with digital minilab manufacturer Noritsu Koki, as part of its efforts to expand the demand for retail printing by enhancing the range of services available.

The initial engagement between the two companies will be a global collaboration for the development of digital minilab products and after sales services, Fujifilm's sole representative in Sri Lanka Hayleys Consumer Products Limited (HCPL) said.

Under the agreement between the two companies, Fujifilm will license Noritsu Koki to utilize Fujifilm's advanced technology for digital minilabs which Noritsu Koki will combine with its own production techniques to manufacture digital minilabs capable of producing higher quality prints.
