Coping with stress at the ST Biz Club

Tips on ‘Coping with Stress’ is the theme of the next discussion by The Sunday Times Business Club at 6.30 pm on October 30 at the Trans Asia Hotel.

The presentation on these issues will be led by Nalini Ellawela, Hony Director of Sumithrayo and include Dr Manoj Fernando (Executive Director) and Asela Abeywardena (Director Administration) from the same organisation.

It would be followed by a discussion which would deal, among other issues, with the stress of young executives in the workplace, home and the roads. Trans Asia Hotel and Lion Brewery are the hosts and co-sponsors of the event.
