Jaan E Maan : a Love triangular

‘Jaan-e- Mann’, Bollywood love triangular release for Ramazan from October 24 screens at Savoy Wellawatte.

Starring Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, Anupam Kher and Soni Razdan the film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Prashant Shah is the debutant direction by Shirish Kunder.

Suhaan (Salman) is a fading film star and his wife Piya (Preity) divorces him. To avoid giving her a huge alimony, he hooks up her with the geeky Agastya (Akshay). Agastya has a one-sided crush on Piya from his college days. Piya meanwhile has a daughter from Suhaan - but she has no idea that Suhaan still loves her.

Famed for his 'Majhse Shaadi Karogi', Sajid Nadiadwala speaking about the film said "Jaan-E-Mann is a sensitive and a romantic film unlike Majhse Shaadi Karogi which was an out-and-out comedy film. This film has a different route from MSK and internationally so, because I don't repeat my stars and the same combination."

Imported to Sri Lanka by Janitha Marasinghe of Janitha Films released at five theatres Impala Rajagiriya, Chaya Kegalle, Public Hall Gampaha, S. K. Matara and Cinestar Anuradhapura.
