Royal dominates School Tennis Scene this year

Royal College, under the leadership of Udith Wickremasinghe, dominated the School Tennis Scene in 2006.

The Royal College team retained the National School games Title beating the challenges of Ananda and St. Peter’s.

Thereafter, they emerged Senior and Junior Champions, as well as the Overall Champions at the Public Schools Tennis Championships. The performance of the respective teams at this meet was as follows:

Under 11 – Champions beating Colombo International School, Under 15 – Champions beating St. Peter’s, Under 17 – Runners up to St. Peters in the Final, Under 19 – Champions beating Asian International School.
