Lakbima Sports editor’s father passes away

Retired Chief Police inspector, Sylvester Paranavithana, father of the Assistant editor and Sports Editor of Sunday and Daily Lakbima, Ranjan Paranavithana passed away last morning.

His remains will lie at the Jayaratne funeral parlour from 5 p.m. today till tomorrow afternoon and the funeral will take place at the Panwila Cemetery, Kalutara at 4 p.m. on Monday.
