Dogs roam freely where people fear to tread

Bloemendhal Flats, more aptly referred to as Balumendhal Flats, have proved to be a breeding ground for stray dogs who are a big menace and a veritable hazard to the general public and flat dwellers.

People are reluctant to move about for fear of being attacked by rabid dogs.

The Colombo Municipal Council should take immediate action to eradicate this grave problem before the situation worsens.
